Healthy Eating

Fitness and eating a healthy diet can help you deal with stress improve your energy, make you feel better and allow you to perform better in the classroom. Students will learn why and how fitness is useful and where it is used in the average day, as well as, what foods are healthy and unhealthy so when it comes time to making and preparing their own meals, they know what sorts of foods are and are not healthy and why. This is a Summer Start Program.
