Kelly Christopher (Fust)

Kelly Christopher currently works at Loyola University Chicago as their Grants Development Specialist, collaborating with faculty and students to facilitate the process to secure external funding for grants and programs.

Kelly shares her love of reading and writing with the Chicago community by serving on the junior board of Rock for Reading, a local literacy organization and by volunteering as a tutor with Open Books, another fantastic local non-profit.

She received her MA in English Literature from DePaul University and her BA in English and Political Science from Butler University in Indianapolis. She looks forward to contributing to the growth and development of the Apareció Foundation.



Enrollment Rates

Enrollment rates of racial/ethnic minority and low-income high school graduates continue to lag behind those of middle- and higher-income students. Among students who plan to attend a four-year college, racial/ethnic minority students are much more likely to end up attending a two-year college or not attending college at all.
